OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Tadisim. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tadisim. Tadisim offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

 

SECTION 1 - DIGITAL PRODUCT & COMPATIBILITY

Tadisim provides digital eSIM profiles for telecommunication use in Vietnam.

 

  • Device Compatibility: It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. We are not liable for purchases made for incompatible or locked devices.

     

  • Delivery: Our products are delivered digitally via email immediately after successful payment. No physical SIM card will be shipped.

SECTION 2 - FAIR USE POLICY (VOICE & SMS)

Our eSIMs include a local Vietnamese phone number and a complimentary allowance of 100 free minutes and 100 free SMS specifically for communication between Tadisim numbers.

  • This feature is strictly for personal, non-commercial travel communication.

  • Any abuse of this feature (e.g., automated spamming, telemarketing, or commercial broadcasting) will result in the immediate termination of your eSIM service without prior notice or refund.

SECTION 3 - NETWORK RELIABILITY & COVERAGE

We partner with local telecommunications providers (Viettel and Vinaphone) to provide you with network connectivity.

  • While these networks cover the vast majority of Vietnam, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.

  • Coverage, speed, and network quality may vary based on your exact location (e.g., remote mountainous areas, underground facilities, or dense concrete buildings), device hardware, and network congestion. Tadisim is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by the local network operators.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content, or the eSIM services: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances in Vietnam or your home country; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (e) to submit false or misleading information.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Tadisim, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, operating out of Hanoi.
