Thank you for choosing Tadisim (Tadisim.com). We strive to provide you with the best connectivity during your trip to Vietnam.
Because our products are digital (eSIM QR codes), they are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligible for a Full Refund (100% Money-Back)
We will gladly issue a full refund to your original payment method under the following circumstances:

Unused eSIM: You purchased the eSIM but have not yet scanned the QR code or activated the data plan, and you request a refund within 05 days of the purchase date.

Network/Technical Failure: You arrive in Vietnam, scan the eSIM, and it fails to connect to our supported networks (Viettel/Vinaphone/Mobifone) due to a technical error on our end. You must contact our Support Team, and if we cannot resolve the issue for you, a full refund will be granted.
2. Strictly Non-Refundable Situations
To prevent fraud and due to the nature of digital telecommunication products, we CANNOT issue a refund in the following cases:

Incompatible Device: Your phone does not support eSIM technology. It is the customer's responsibility to check device compatibility before purchasing.

Carrier-Locked Device: Your phone is locked to a specific carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and cannot accept third-party network profiles.

Accidental Deletion: You successfully installed the eSIM but accidentally deleted it from your phone's settings. Once deleted, an eSIM cannot be recovered or reinstalled.

Already Activated and Used: The eSIM has been installed, activated, and data has been consumed.

Change of Mind After Installation: You installed the eSIM but decided you no longer need it, or you ended your trip early.

Delayed Reporting: You experienced connection issues during your trip but only reported them to us after you had already left Vietnam. We need to be notified while you are in the country to help troubleshoot the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund
If your situation meets the refund criteria in Section 1, please follow these steps:

Include your Order Number and the email address used for the purchase.

If you are experiencing a technical issue, please include screenshots of the error message, your device model, and your current location in Vietnam.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately on our end. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your bank or payment provider (Stripe/PayPal).
