1. Digital Delivery Only (No Physical Shipping)

Tadisim specializes in digital connectivity solutions. We do not ship any physical SIM cards, plastic cards, or paper documents via traditional postal services. All our products are 100% digital and are delivered electronically.

Because there is no physical shipping, you do not have to pay any shipping fees, and you do not need to wait days for a package to arrive.

2. Instant Delivery via Email

Our delivery process is fully automated. Once your payment is successfully processed and verified:

  • Your unique eSIM QR Code and step-by-step installation instructions will be generated immediately.

  • An email containing your eSIM details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Generally, this process takes less than 2 to 5 minutes.

3. What to Do If You Haven't Received Your eSIM

If you have completed your payment but cannot find the delivery email in your inbox after 5 minutes, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes, automated emails containing QR codes may be filtered by your email provider.

  2. Check your Promotions tab (if you use Gmail).

  3. Contact Support: If you still cannot locate the email, it is possible there was a typo in the email address provided during checkout. Please contact us immediately at support@tadisim.com with your name and order number, and our team will manually resend your eSIM QR code.

4. Incorrect Email Address Provided

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is entered at checkout. If you realize you have made a typo in your email address, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible so we can update your order details and route the eSIM to the correct address.
